Hallidays Point SUFM Prayer Points

Again this year, a group from Toongabbie Anglican Church join with other Christians and head to Hallidays Point to run a Scripture Union Family Mission (SUFM) in a local caravan park. The team runs a ten day program of activities that allow kids and adults to explore the Bible’s claims about Jesus.
Eddie, a team member, has put together prayer points for the 07/08 mission.
Please give thanks for:
- The provision of a team, for both existing team members and the many new team members who have joined the team this year.
- A good time of training and fellowship at the team training weekend in the end of November.
- The caravan park management at Hallidays Beachfront Resort who have been very supportive of the team.
Please pray:
- For the preparations of the team as beach mission approaches in the coming month.
- That the team will be well received by the campers.
- That campers will be challenged to consider the person and work of Jesus.
- For the kids programs, that the gospel will be presented clearly, that the children will be keen to learn about Jesus, and that both the children and the team members will have a fun and safe time.
- For the evening program, that many people will come to our family oriented events and once again that the gospel will be presented clearly and well received.
- That there will be a spirit unity amongst the team.
- That the team would be living in obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ.
- For the spiritual growth of the team members.
- That our main marquee will make it through the mission, as it is nearing the end of its lifetime.
