Welcome Paul & Vicki!

Welcome Paul & Vicki!

Saturday 29 September, 2007 · Posted by Raj Gupta

Some time ago I was approached by Paul & Vicki Brigden about the possibility of them becoming a voluntary student minister at TAC. Paul is currently studying in second year at Moore College, and is looking for an opportunity to diversify his experience of different churches and so extend his own training.

Paul & Vicki Brigden After consulting with those who might be impacted, I offered Paul such an honorary position and I am delighted to be able to announce that he and Vicki have agreed to join us as a Sunday student minister. Paul and Vicki will bring much to TAC – a wonderful heart to serve our Lord Jesus, wisdom, deep theological thinking, and experience in a variety of ministries… just to name a few.

We should be truly humbled that, out of the many churches they could have chosen, they chose TAC to further their training. Please pray for them, and particularly for Paul as he completes second year at Moore College. Pray that God will grant Paul (as well as Garry and Luke) wisdom to know him better as he studies his Word. It is the same prayer that we could pray for ourselves.

With Paul coming, we will have a challenge. Next year we will be privileged to have among us Vicki Kwan, Vicki Woodhouse and Vicki Brigden – not to mention other Vicki’s in our congregations! Nicole has also indicated she might become known as Nicki smile

As you read this, the Gupta family have left for two weeks holidays. We do covet your prayers at this time for rest and refreshment. It has been an exciting, yet an exhausting five months at TAC. I also apologise to those I may have let down. Again I take this opportunity to thank the many who have made us feel so welcomed. We do look forward to returning in a couple of weeks time.

But, for now, I am privileged and humbled to let you know that Paul & Vicki Brigden will be joining us. Once again – things are looking good at TAC.
